The Ju & Aurel duo was formed in 2018, and we’ve been partners and friends for 6 years already!
In order to promote Latin dances and especially Bachata, we give regular classes several times a week and constantly organize parties and workshops to energize the growing community in Guadeloupe and everywhere else !
July :
I’ve been dancing since I was 14, starting with street jazz, then hip hop, ragga and more recently dancehall and heels.
At 17, I started creating my own choreographies that I presented on stage.
I discovered salsa in 2009 and took my 1st bachata steps in 2014, just before arriving in Guadeloupe, and fell completely under the spell of this dance. I trained at festivals in Spain and France and with various teachers during my travels in mainland France.
In 2018, I met Aurélien, who quickly became my favorite bachata partner and one of my closest friends.

I discovered Latin dances in 2015 thanks to my neighbor and teacher who taught me the basics of Salsa and Bachata, without knowing it, the passion started to grow in me and I can’t thank him enough for that!
After that, I continued to learn Afro-Latin dances in France, Spain and Italy, attending festivals after festivals for over 3 years until 2018, when I moved to Guadeloupe for professional reasons.
Once in Guadeloupe, I found my second family, the same as in Europe, the “Danse” family, and that’s where it all began for our duo with July and the Más Allá association.
